In addition to being Co-owner of Century 21 Mountainside Realty,Kathy Drouin, born and raised in northern New Hampshire, has been working as a Sales Associate at Century 21 Mountainside Realty for three and a half years. Kathy is a Realtor, a Notary, and Office Manager alongside her husband, Brent, the principal broker in the firm. Their team effort is dynamic and has proven to be very productive. She enjoys the friendly relationships that evolve from real estate transactions and she has the utmost regard for buyers and sellers in the market. Kathy is also responsible for the content and design of our quarterly marketing brochure, newspaper advertisements and other marketing. Previous to entering the real estate field, Kathy was a full time Certified Dental Assistant in Southern NH. She is the proud parent of three and resides in Lincoln.
