The Landing at Loon Mountain

The Landing at Loon Mountain is one of the newest premier mountainside communities in the Lincoln-Woodstock area. The project is surrounded by the White Mountains and Pemigewasset River, creating prestigious riverfront and mountainside homesites at Loon Mountain Ski Resort.
Careful planning has gone into the Home Design Guidelines to keep the overall architectural character informal and adaptive to the natural surroundings. The home styles will keep with the traditions of the region and encourage minimall affect to the wooded sites. The design standards encourage heavy timber and log construction, as well as use of glacier stones and boulders in order to emphasize the natural landscape. This careful planning will create consistency throughout the project thus creating long lasting inherent value.
The Landing at Loon Mountain site plan offers 28 lots with many ideal locations still available. Call Century 21 Mountainside Realty for more detailed information 1-800-778-0763.
